• One bedroom with two double bunks, and one cot. (Two single fold out  beds available) - can sleep up to 6  plus one  baby

• TV, Video, DVD, CD and tape player 
• Broadband internet available at Information Centre opposite

• Miscellaneous resources for children: toys, music tapes, board games, books, DVDs, Videos, CD's, ideal for all all ranges, children, teenagers and adults!  
• Fully fenced, secluded and private landscaped garden, with outdoor furniture, swing, trampoline, see-saw, recliners. 
• BBQ
• Children catered  for:  high chair, porta cot, bath ring and non-slip bathmat. 
• Pets welcome, but only outside please. Outdoor kennel and run available.
• Resident pet sheep "Shaun" to feed and pat in the paddock adjoining the garden and car park.
• Off street car parking facilities. 
• Close to beach, cafes, restaurants, supermarket, walks, mountain bikes rides, fishing, golfing, bird watching, the river and estuary, kayaking, local swimming pool and the famous Honeycomb Caves and limestone arches.
